Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected - Amenity Closure Announcement
Posted on Apr 2nd, 2020

Dear Fulton Ranch Members,
As you are aware, the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation is ever evolving. As the situation continues to evolve, the Board of Directors continue to place the safety of Fulton Ranch members and guests as its first priority. Therefore, the playground/tot lots, basketball courts and picnic ramadas will be closed effective Friday, April 3, 2020 at 5:00 PM until further notice. Signage and closure measures will be installed at each playground shortly. We will continue to have our landscapers, electrical team and playground maintenance team on site to perform routine maintenance for the area and equipment.
The walking paths and open spaces will remain open for use. Please practice physical distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC when utilizing the open space areas. Members and guests who utilize these areas do so at their own risk.
This decision was made in accordance of the “Stay Home, Stay Safe, Stay Healthy” Executive Order placed by Governor Doug Ducey, effective March 31, 2020 as these amenities do not allow for the physical distancing requirements within the order to ensure the health and safety of the members within the Association.
Questions regarding these closure should be directed to Community Manager, Natasha Bell, at
Your cooperation is appreciated in this difficult decision and we look forward to opening the amenities at a future date.
