Annual Meeting Reschedule & Call for Candidates

The Annual Meeting Date has been rescheduled for August 27th!
Due to the rescheduling of the annual meeting, the candidate nomination forms will now be accepted through June 15, 2020.
As a reminder, two Board of Director positions will expire at the 2020 annual meeting. The Board of Directors is comprised of five members who meet every other month and serve a term of three years. To be eligible to serve on the Board, an individual must be a current member of the Homeowner's Association as defined in the CC&R's.
If you are interested in serving the Fulton Ranch Association and have a general desire to work with your neighbors to positively impact the Association, please complete and submit the Candidate Nomination Form prior to June 15. The form can be found in the Documents tab of the website, or by contacting Community Manager, Natasha Bell. If you have already submitted a candidate nomination form, there is not a requirement to resubmit the form.
