Comments & Questions for General Board of Directors Meeting:
While the intent of a Board meeting is to provide an avenue of which Board of Directors may conduct Association business, homeowners are welcome to bring additional concerns or comments to the Board during Homeowner Forum.
Homeowners present at the meeting will be provided three (3) minutes to address the Board. Should you wish to address the Board, but are unable to attend, please complete this comment card prior to 6PM 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Please note, the Board will take into consideration the question and concerns raised during Homeowner Forum, however, a response, decision, or decisive action may not be provided at the current meeting.
This procedure is not intended to prohibit members from speaking prior to the Board taking formal action on an item as permissible per Arizona State Law (A.R.S. 33-1804).
Comments & Questions for the HOA Annual Meeting:
Due to the hybrid environment of the 2021 Annual meeting, owners are asked to submit their questions and comments in advance. This will allow for all participating members to address the Board members present without interuption.
